Positive: Very clean, good bed. Very good value for money
Negative: The light in the morning but it is the case for a lot of accommodations in the US

Positive: Calm. Kitchenette. Bathroom. Porch. Outdoor-seating. Location. Very good and quite aircon
Negative: Lacks "woman's touch", furnishing, detailing not very cozy, no cupboard door handles, coffee machine a bit icky - stained. Bed makes noises when moving and very soft mattress. Minor: On the porch floor where some leftovers of previous guests, children's crayons and a bit icky fishing bait
